No es suficiente ser nombrados o votados por sus respectivas entidades y ni siquiera, por el pueblo. Ningún alto cargo de una empresa privada, no ocupa dicho lugar, si no tiene unos estudios superiores, experiencia, años de trabajo, etc.
3. Tener uno o varios master, que podríamos autotitular, “de alta gerencia administrativa y política”, que durarían, lo que es normal dos o tres años. No parece lógico que para casi todas las profesiones civiles y liberales, te exijan una carrera y una titulación superior, y después un master, de dos o tres años, y para la alta política no.
